Brand Kit Elements

Discover essential components of a brand kit to create a cohesive and impactful visual identity for your business.

A Brand Kit consists of the following elements. Each element contributes to a consistent branded experience across your registration pages, stage designs, and AI-generated content:

1. Logos

Upload your brand logos for use across registration pages and event experiences. Your logos appear wherever Goldcast applies your Brand Kit, whether through AI generation or manual editing.

2. Brand Colors

Define your brand color system, organized into:

Palette Description
Primary Palette Your main brand colors used prominently across UI elements
Secondary Palette Supporting colors that complement your primary palette
Neutral Palette Background and text colors that provide visual balance

Goldcast uses these colors to generate branded UI elements across your event experience.

Note: If you're an existing customer whose Content Lab Brand Kit was migrated, all your colors appear in the primary palette. Goldcast doesn't provide a download option for colors. To move a color to a different Brand Kit, copy its hex code and paste it into the target kit's color palette.

3. Typography

You can configure your brand fonts using one of the following options:

Supported Fonts (Out of the Box)

Goldcast supports several commonly used fonts, including:

  • Inter
  • GT America
  • Times Roman
  • Arial
  • Verdana
  • Tahoma
  • and more are available

Web Fonts

You can provide a font URL to use a web-hosted font.

Custom Fonts

You can upload custom font files in:

  • OTF
  • TTF
  • WOFF

For custom fonts, upload files for specific typefaces, such as:

  • Thin
  • Extra Light
  • Light
  • Regular
  • Medium
  • Semi-Bold
  • Bold
  • Extra Bold
  • Black

Each weight can be uploaded individually for precise brand control.

Note: Each Brand Kit supports the upload of one font file. If you're an existing Goldcast customer whose Content Lab Brand Kit was migrated, your migrated Brand Kit is an exception — it retains all font files that were previously uploaded, across all weights. You can download those font files and upload them to any other Brand Kit, or continue to reference the migrated Brand Kit in Content Lab. The migrated Brand Kit is labeled Content Lab Brand Kit and is marked with a Migrated tag. It cannot be edited or modified, but you can select it and reuse its assets.

4. Photography

Upload brand-approved, high-quality images that represent your company. These assets:

  • Celebrate your brand and help tell your story.
  • Serve as supporting visual elements across registration pages and event experiences.

We recommend using high-resolution images aligned with your brand guidelines.

5. Intro/Outro Video

Upload intro and outro videos to bookend your clips. Accepted file formats are .mp4 and .mov.

6. Design Elements

Design elements include patterns, gradients, and background visuals. They are typically used:

  • As backgrounds for registration pages
  • In stage layouts
  • In key sections to enhance visual appeal

Design elements help create a cohesive, branded experience across your events.

7. Border Radius

Choose the border radius of your buttons, speaker card, caption background, and form input fields:

Style Description
Square Sharp, straight corners
Semi-Rounded Slightly rounded corners
Rounded Fully rounded corners

Consistent border radius settings help maintain visual coherence across your event touchpoints.

8. Brand Voice & Messaging

This section defines your brand’s tone, personality, and messaging style. It plays a critical role in AI-generated content. When you create an AI-powered registration page and opt in for AI copy generation, Goldcast uses this input to:

  • Understand how your brand communicates
  • Emulate your tone and voice
  • Generate copy aligned with your brand personality

Providing detailed guidance here ensures more accurate AI-generated messaging.

Important: Brand voice in your Brand Kit applies only to registration pages and stage design. It doesn't apply to text assets in Content Lab. To manage brand voice for Content Lab text assets, use the Change Voice option within the text asset in Content Lab.
