Manage Multiple Brand Kits

Discover effective strategies for managing multiple brand kits to streamline branding across various projects and enhance brand consistency.

You can create more than one Brand Kit within your Goldcast organization. This lets you maintain a consistent baseline brand while also supporting campaigns, sub-brands, and partner events that require a different visual identity.

When to use multiple Brand Kits

Consider creating additional Brand Kits when you need to:

  • Run a special campaign with a distinct visual treatment
  • Support a sub-brand with its own colors, fonts, and imagery
  • Co-brand events for partners or sponsors
  • Create themed event series that differ from your standard brand

How multiple Brand Kits work

Each Brand Kit is independent. When you build a registration page or stage design — either through AI or manually in the builder — you select which Brand Kit to apply. You can switch between kits for different events without affecting your other Brand Kits.

For example, you might have:

  • A standard Brand Kit that you use across most events
  • A partner co-brand kit with shared colors and logos for a joint campaign
  • A seasonal campaign kit with a distinct visual style for a themed event series

Create an additional Brand Kit

To create a new Brand Kit, go to Platform PanelBrand KitsCreate Brand Kit and follow the same steps as your first kit.
