If you’re new to Goldcast, you might want to create a trial event to learn how everything works. This is where our test events come in.
What is a test event?
In Goldcast, a test event has all the features of a standard event/webinar, but there are some limitations:
- The support team doesn’t monitor test events.
- Data collected from test events will not be included in cross-event or custom reporting tools.
- Test events aren’t recorded, and captions and subtitles aren’t available.
- Sponsors cannot set up their booth in a test event.
- Test events do not count towards the total number of events in your pricing plan.
Apart from these limitations, test events function like regular events. You can use them to familiarize yourself with the platform’s features and functionalities or as a dress rehearsal before setting up your upcoming event.
