Image Overlays
Image Overlays allow you to add static images, such as logos, watermarks, or graphics, directly onto recordings and clips. This feature helps reinforce branding and adds visual elements that enhance viewer engagement.
Import File
A button that allows users to upload long-form video into Content Lab for processing.
In-App Survey
A survey presented to attendees within the Goldcast event interface, typically at the end of a session or event. For example, a post-session feedback form that pops up for viewers. Goldcast tracks when an attendee submits this survey as an engagement activity (including the survey responses). Example: After the webinar ended, an In-App Survey appeared asking attendees to rate the session and provide comments, and we saw the responses in our event report.
Integrations Editor
A user role in Goldcast Studio that grants permission to configure and manage third-party integrations. A person with this role can connect external tools (for example, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) to Goldcast and set up automated data workflows. For example, a team member with Integrations Editor access can enable the HubSpot integration so that specific contacts are automatically registered for an upcoming Goldcast event.
Integration Instance
An Integration Instance is a single setup of a third-party integration connected to Goldcast. Each integration instance represents a configured link between Goldcast and an external platform (such as a CRM, marketing automation tool, or other software). Organization admins can have multiple instances of the same integration for different purposes or teams. Example: Acme Corp’s Goldcast account has two Salesforce integration instances – one connecting Goldcast to the Sales team’s Salesforce environment and another for the Marketing team’s separate Salesforce org.
Intro/Outro Videos
Branded short videos added to the beginning (intro) and end (outro) of clips. These reinforce brand identity and can be uploaded into the Brand Kit in .mp4
or .mov
formats.
